About
I'm currently a PhD candidate at Brandeis University, where I am part of the Lifespan Developmental Psychology Laboratory. My main area of interest is with mindfulness, with specific regard to meditative practice, and how these techniques may influence stress, mood regulation, and rumination.
Previously, I earned a master's degree in clinical psychology at Springfield College. I have ten years experience in the mental health field and I've held clinical practice in various settings. I plan to continue clinical work in some capacity after earning the PhD.
